"Great stay, loved the location as it was just at the end of the more tourist area and the local events were so fun to see. The park can be a bit louder but it didn’t bother us. Great spot as we had a toddler and our friends in Acapulco apartment were right next to us. Pool is cold, fyi. "

"En general la experiencia fue buena, desafortunadamente no hubo posibilidad de hacer check in anticipado (no es queja) pero en recepción amablemente nos ofrecieron resguardar nuestro equipaje y darnos una ducha (no había jabón en las regaderas pero se agradece la atención), nos asignaron una habitación que estaba impecable, limpia y ordenada, te ofrecen café molido y té de cortesía pero no encontramos cafetera dentro de la habitación o fácil acceso a agua caliente purificada (error nuestro no preguntar en recepción), cuando elegimos el hotel fue por varias razones, una de ellas la vibra de naturaleza y rústico, esto cumplió las expectativas; otra que está muy céntrico, excelente opción pues está prácticamente atrás del palacio municipal, aunque retirado de la zona hotelera (era lo que nosotros buscábamos); la otra por que tenía piscina, la cual los 2 primeros días de 3 que estuvimos estuvo fuera de servicio por que estaba en limpieza (el 3er día por supuesto no se utilizó pues el check out se debe hacer a medio día). Incluimos el desayuno en nuestra reserva el cual fue delicioso y el servicio 10 de 10, el restaurante es pequeño pero muy lindo. No tengo nada malo que decir del personal, por el contrario todos muy amables y atentos, sin embargo me hubiera encantado poder disfrutar las amenidades que ofrece. Mi calificación general sería 8 de 10 por este detalle, pero repito, el servicio del personal es de lo mejor."
