"The hotel is one of the oldest hard rock. They are going under Reno this year so it will come out in better shape. The theater is old and small. The buffet choices are very limited, probably the smallest have ever seen in any of the Caribbean all inclusive hotels. Their entire buffet is size of only dessert section of some big resorts. The onsite restaurants are also very limited on choices. Zen and Toro is decent. Not so much for kids to do. On positive side, the resort is small and everything is steps away no long walks. The bartenders are nice and serves good drinks. The staff is amazing very kind and helpful. We requested for late checkout and room upgrade both were done without charge. The late night Dj/music was amazing and live!"
