"Great property. Buffet restaurant was always clean and filled with great choices for every meal. The other restaurants do not require reservations, but the later you go, the longer you will wait. Servers at the beach and poolside were super attentive and awesome!"

"They charge me 2,000 pesos for a bed sheet stain. My niece felt sick after eating from the buffet and vomited in the sheet and I was charge even though it was an accident something you can’t control. I felt that was unfair. I would rate the buffet food a 3/10"

"They asked if we were celebrating anything, we told them we were celebrating an anniversary. They proceeded to not do anything to make us feel special. In that case, why ask? There was mold in the bathroom. Wish I took pictures but if you’re in room 2548, the bathroom ceiling is very moldy. Coming home, all my clothes reeked like mold. There were a couple employees that were very nice. But overall would not stay here again. I wish there was more information online about restaurants/food was available as well as excursions offered. I also don’t think they like Expedia guests.."

"The hotel was excellent, rooms are spacious and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, large variety of meals. "

"The buffet staff were so friendly, they made me feel welcomed. My partner is a pineapple monster and he wanted more pineapples even they were gone and the waiter gave him some freshly peeled pineapples. The smile on another staff was so inspired, the first night after we checked in, it’s already late. We were so tired and hungry and my partner was so grumpy, and the waitress’ smile calmed him down. The buffet was busy and sometimes they didn’t have bowls for the soup or no glasses for the milks, and the AC could be stronger for the hot weather. The shows at 9pm was ok, I enjoyed the MJ show and I suggest a live band music with drums and guitars and vocals and that will make audiences more engaged. "

"Room Cleanliness 8/10 Lobby Cleanliness 9/10 (Probably the most upkept part of the hotel) Pool Loungers 4/10. Pool 7/10 - the pools were big, but the tile felt slimey. Got the ickies towards the end. Beach view was really nice. Drinks were 9/10. Buffet 5/10 - Food tasted a day old and bread was stale. The fruit was fresh but everything else was mid. The tables and chairs were super dirty and stained, i mean at least get new covers. The restaurants in the hotel were super mid and furniture looked dated. Spa was a 2/10. Smelled soooo gross in the womens lockers, like urine & mold - the smell of musty towels and sewage. Usually when you walk into a spa it smells like Eucalyptus or Lavender in the lobby. Not the case here. They take you through a water journey which is Sauna- if you do a couples massage be aware if someone has the same slot as you they will join you. Massage was whatever - paif extra $80 for hot stones and was underwhlemed. The table where they give you a massage wasnt covered and i just didnt trust the cleanliness at all. The water in the hot tub and tile was also slimey. I asked for my money back of course they said no. Disappointed for sure. But overall we made the best of it. Not the worst, but definitely not 4-5 or 5 star hotel. Definitelu Mid and in DESPERATE need of updates."

"The food, the rooms, the view, the people, and the beach were very nice! My only suggestion is for the bar to offer better bottle brands, but if you are a beer drinker you will good! "
