Cordis, Auckland by Langham Hospitality Group

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was clean, staff were friendly and helpfully, food was fantastic along with the spa facilities"

The Grand by SkyCity

"The place was very nice 👌"

Hilton Auckland

8/10 Good

"Location near ferries was very convenient for day trips to nearby islands."

Hotel Grand Chancellor Auckland

10/10 Excellent

"Very clean"

Grand Millennium Auckland

10/10 Excellent

"Property was incredibly well kept and clean, as were the rooms upon entering. We loved how they had options to skip room cleaning and donate towards Kiwi birds instead. The gym and pool were your typical hotel ammenities but were kept in top condition. The elevators were very fast, check in/out was a breeze with knowledgeable and staff. We opted to include lounge access which was a bit underwhelming - there were limited snack options throughout the day. We did enjoy the cocktail/drink hours from 5-7 - both bartenders made amazing drinks and were very kind. Overall a really good stay at the hotel."

Imagine Beach Road

10/10 Excellent

"Clean and quiet. Great food options around. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. We loved our stay here. We walked a half a block to pick up our rental car."

The Parnell Hotel & Conference Centre

8/10 Good

"Great central location for a concert at Spark Arena"

Auckland Rose Park Hotel

8/10 Good

"The hotel and the room were kept very clean but the staff although polite were very unhelpful. I asked at reception if it was possible to get a bit of ice to take back to our room for some drinks and was told that they didn’t have an ice machine in reception, no other help or suggestions were offered. The following evening we had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was very nice, but when it came to paying the bill for the meal they wouldn’t accept the 20% off meal voucher that came with the booking and that was even after showing our booking receipt. It took a good 15 minutes of back and forth with the duty manager before he finally accepted defeat but only agreed to give us 10% and not the 20% that we had shown existed."

Copthorne Hotel Auckland City

8/10 Good

"Perfect location when attending events at Spark Arena. Rooms are looking pretty tired with bathrooms in need of a refurb but beds are comfortable."
