"Our family suite was very comfortable, large and luxurious, built in the new wing of the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Especially Jim, at the front desk gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants all of which turned out to be great. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake, just minutes away from the heart of the old quarter. Highly recommended!!!"

As soon as we entered the hotel, we were welcomed in such a friendly manner. This was also again provided through out our stay. "This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The room was fantastic with an amazing view of the ocean. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of seating and lots of shade. The restaurant is excellent, both for breakfast and also for other meals. The best thing about this property is the staff. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming, and do everything they can to make it a great experience. One staff member in particular, Tien, was wonderful to deal with. She checked us in and kept in contact to see if there was anything that we required or any questions she could answer. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel."

"Room was great, bed was great, shower catered to people of 2 metres tall which was really great. View was great. Only bummer was the construction going on 24 hrs a day at site next to hotel. Not the Haian hotel & spas fault though. "
