This was a last minute booking as my previous VRBO booking cancelled my day of arrival. Liked the location so gave it a try. From the moment I walked in the door I was greatly by friendly helpful staff. Front desk staff, Elle in particular, was a pleasure to interact with. At one point there was trouble with my booking but the staff resolved everything without any drama for me. I was grateful. Breakfast was extensive with lots of tasty options. I got to try some new breakfast options. Location was fantastic. My room, VIP room had views over the ocean and the City. Couldn’t have asked for better views. It was also very close to Esco Beach bar where my son works as a DJ so again, location couldn’t have been better. Just too bad the weather didn’t cooperate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making my stay fantastic.

Very clean spacious room with very comfortable beds, just a few minutes walk to the beach and sea food restaurants. The only downside is that this hotel doesn’t provide parking for rental motorcycles. Anyway, I still give this hotel 5 stars.

Good location, walk to the beach. Restaurants and services are close by. The management was great. Our standard room had no internet connection, they quickly sent people to fix. Then bc it'll take a long to fix it, they upgraded us to a nice seaview room for 3 nights.

Pictures of pool and sky bar are deceiving, but overall a nice hotel with friendly staff. A little glitch at the beginning when our driver did not arrive at the airport, but everything was smooth afterwards. We took advantage of the tours and rides to sites. Very convenient and very reasonable prices.

Close to nice beach

Lovely staff and breakfast. Close to the beach, mini mart and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom gets a bit wet because shower is over bath without a screen. Only mentioning as it may be an issue for elderly to step over bath and with slippery floors. Very nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay.
