"Beautiful location, and a lovely hotel. We had an issue with our room and the staff were amazing at getting it sorted asap and we got a little treat for the inconvenience - great customer service. "

"Access to shops extremely good with Tweed Mall just five minutes' walk across the road. Air con worked well. Staff quite helpful particularly having arrived very late and well after reception had closed. Room very clean. However, the furniture in the room was very tired. Bed very light and moved when sat on. Drawers missing from cabinets and I had to get out of bed to turn off the lights - no bedside lights provided. Price was reasonable though considering only a few hours stay with10am strict checkout."
