Book Shire of Colac Otway Hotels

Tremendous stay at Captains. It started with a very warm welcome from Duncan, who swiftly checked me in and showed me to my room. And what a room! It is quite a new property by the looks as everything was spotlessly clean and very fresh and new. The room contained some great luxuries, such as an enormous bath and in the middle of the room and a very comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom with modern fixtures. It is so nice to stay in a place where everything just works. Minibar and proper wine...

Great property and lovely owners who were welcoming and happy to offer suggestions and recommendations for the local area. Would stay again definitely! Room it self was comfortable and clean. Overall a great exeperience

I sadly only stayed here for one night, but this is defiantly the kind of place you 'stay until you die (or have to go back to work)' it's breathtaking. I stayed in Top Lodge no.16 and as soon as I opened the door I was greeted with the most amazing view ever. (I'm going to say amazing a lot bare with me). This apartment has everything you could need for a short stay. Ample kitchen essentials, two lounges to watch tv, which you won't do because of the AMAZING view that pans across the front....

Just perfect, exactly what I was after and the owner was so nice and friendly and made sure we got the best out of our trip.

We stayed 3 days and was very comfortable in our spacious room, with only a short stroll down to all restaurants, hotels and beach.

The staff helped us find last minute accomodation in Apollo Bay, which was really appreciated!

My wife and I booked our trip last minute and were extremely pleased to find this motel in such a nice location. Our balcony had sea views and the room was very clean. Bronwyn and Sophie greeted us upon arrival and were very friendly and helpful. A perfect start. They recommended local places to eat and left us to enjoy our time. I would highly recommend this place as great place to stay to anyone travelling the Great Ocean Road. We've stayed in several places along the road and this has by...

Wow! This might not have been the first thing we thought when we drove over the hill in Wye River, it was more like 'this place is small, what will we do here for 2nights'. How wrong we were. It is gorgeous! We stayed in a 2bed cabin and it was perfect for a family with 2 kids. We could see kangaroos and koalas from our deck & fed the birds every morning. The playground, jumping pillow and river were a huge hit with the kids. The cafe and grocery shop was perfect for early morning snacks and...

The view is everything, and the peaceful environment. Beds are amazing and everything you need is here (except for a coffee machine but we brought our own 🙏)

Lovely place to stay the night.Even koalas to see up close.Easy access to waterfront and restaurants

Little Gem. Looks can be deceiving. Very well rejuvenated room. Fresh, clean, comfortable and quiet. Very happy to book again.

A fantastic place for children & adults. Lots of activities, clean and friendly staff. I highly recommend Bimbi Park.

Located opposite beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants the motel was ideal. The room was spacious and beautifully renovated. Bed was extremely comfortable and owners very friendly - a very enjoyable stay.

I chose the Maids' Quarters primarily because it had two separate bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each. It turns out there was so much more to enjoy in this accomodation. The tastefully done furnishings and fittings, the fully stocked kitchen, the spaciousness, the quiet at night. Gary met us when we arrived and was happy to answer any question and give us tips on local eateries. Overall we were delighted with the property. It was very clean and comfortable and we did not want for anything.

The property was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our safe. Will definitely book for another stay.
