"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them.

"Impromptu trip away and I absolutely couldn't resist booking this accommodation (we booked the tent). All the thoughtful details, from oil for the BBQ, to the salt & pepper, to the super warm electric blankets on the beds (100% needed), comfort is number 1 priority.
In Winter, be prepared for very cold temps - extra layers, ugg boots etc.

"Some sort of barrier/gate system on the entrance from the back street to make the cars safer. At present, anybody can simply walk in and take a car or possessions from any room. Otherwise, the motel room and dining options within close proximity are simply great. We have stayed at Mid City Motel before.."
