Ok, first the negatives, The steps inside are a real challenge for those with mobility issues, my knees were playing up, so I had to spend my time in the house in the bedroom because of those stairs, but we were out and about most of the time so it wasn't that big a deal but it would have been nice to spend more time in the lounge room with that fabulous view. "We had problems on our first night as the heating in the house malfunctioned and we had to wear coats beanies and scales inside, the next day ( Sunday) Ellie drove from Apollo Bay to deliver two “bar heaters” and with the fire burning we finally managed to warm the house! Apart from this, the house was very comfortable and a joy to be in. Please note, proper doona covers on doonas would be a real plus instead of sheets being tucked over doona! Aside from these issues, everything was wonderful...

"All perfect . House was equipped with more than we needed. Except water pump was very noisy. Feel humidity and smell from downstairs. Heated towel rails will be nice to have . The rest was perfect. "What a beautiful house to stay in at Lorne… in an amazing spot, short walk to Main Street & beach. We instantly felt at home, had everything we needed, enjoyed bbq breakfasts on the balcony overlooking the tree tops & ocean in the background. Just magical!
