"I cannot say enough about how great this hotel is. First, I lost my 1 caret diamond earring in the restaurant and a staff member turned it in as soon as it was found so it was returned to me. The room was so clean daily and the staff was so accommodating and kind. The bartender was awesome. It was across the street from the subway for easy transportation. "Our first stay at this hotel which we chose for location. Some difficulties with self checkin, but quickly received assistance. Buffet breakfast was excellent in nice spacious dining hall. Superior twin on 33rd fl had nice views, comfortable room. Staff kept our luggage after check out while we spent time in the city. Excellent eating options in Links bldg, easy to catch cab to next destination. Would stay here again, highly recommend to travelers."

"I would definitely go back and I plan on it. It was such a great place to stay and pretty walkable to all the transportation you’ll need. Even if you decide to just walk around, it’s a great place to stay. They were also so accommodating because I didn’t have a ticket to get on the bus to go back to the airport but they made it happen anyway. I still had to buy the ticket but it was very easy, cheap, and they didn’t have to go out of their way so it was nice."
