"We just spent 6 glorious days and nights in the hot sun at the beautiful Hilton Mar Caribe all inclusive. The rooms are newly updated and so clean. Large walk-in sho and separate tub. We had a beautiful ocean view room on the 9th floor with a balcony overlooking the pool and blue sea. Everyday we were met with smiling faces and great energy. The outdoor pool team worked so hard to entertain us all with water aerobics, water balloon fights for the kids, Zumba and games all day. Special shout-out to Kax, Arturo and Bruno! Pool chairs were readily available and on the weekend it was noted to be a bit busier but when Francisco wasn’t serving us drinks he worked hard to make sure everyone who needed a seat at the pool got one. We were pleasantly surprised that there were lifeguards at the bach watching us swim over the beautiful blue waters to the sandbar. We don’t typically travel to all inclusive hotels for the food but I have to give a special shout out to the Hibachi and sushi restaurant where we dined 2x during our stay. Top notch entertainment at the hibachi and the sushi on a second night was delicious. If you’re lucky enough to score and outdoor sunset table at La Luce (Italian) you’re in for a treat. It’s a beautiful spot to eat a delicious meal. We enjoyed La Flama steak house but were less impressed by the Mexican restaurant on property. The buffet had something for everyone. The man making hamburgers at the pool grill— thank you! "

"My favorite of all were the welcome staff. They were absolutely helpful, kind and welcoming. The second was the convenience of everything nearby. (The food, the activities, drinks, beach and the app to be able to reserve the restaurants). Overall an amazing experience. I will be going back!"

"Came here with the girls <3 and had so much fun here. All inclusive so i had a nice time at the pool bar and would have drinks at the beach. Enjoyed the snacks here that had my fav jicama y cucumbers wouldve been nice if they had tajin as a spice option. I enjoyed breakfast the most :) had a diverse selection of the sweet bread. Ate conchas cookies and orejas. I also really liked eating the chilaciles they made with salsa verde. They had a omelette bar and pancake waffle french toast bar. My cousin mentioned the orange juice taste like sunny d. it did have a sweet taste i just got cafe con leche. We also reserved dinner at one of their restaurants, some restaurant had openings and some didnt but we picked what worked for us. The restaurant by the pool and the food was interesting. Shoutout to our waiter Jonathan who helped recommend food for us and not order the same food together. He was really funny and sweet. The churros were so good ate some with the ice cream they had. Would see daily activities by the pool area which was cute. Saw a live violin performance! By the other pool area which had the jacuzzi’s. The staff was nice :3 shoutout to all the maintenance crew who make the resort so beautiful and service workers make us feel comfortable. Overall a good first time budget friendly resort ! It was my first time in cancun and a good home during my stay. Public transportation is close by "
