"Daniela was absolutely the best host and provide excellent customer service. She is very nice and really help you beyond expectations. The place is an old building but the room was decent, it have a very big infinity pool and is ocean front right on the beach. The restaurant food is not the best and really don’t recommend it. "
"Nice resort to relax and swim. Pools are fun. Main pool is in the sun most of the day but there is a lot of shaded lounge chairs. Food is average and not a lot of options. During summer the seaweed is bad and you cant swim in the ocean. Beds are nice and room was great. We had a balcony with ocean view, a kitchen, and washer/dryer. Bus stop is easy to walk to and close by. "

"The room was clean and well taken care of. We had a comfortable stay. The food options in buffet was great. The Italian restaurant could use some improvement in the service and accommodating large groups. Night entertainment could be more lively such as live bands, or dancing. Overall we had a great experience!"
"I love absolutely everything about this resort. Pictures and reviews do not do this place justice. The place is kept super clean. Nothing to complain about. Cleaners come in everyday to clean even without request. The food is great. Great views from every room on the resort. I personally had the ocean front view but there are absolutely no bad views in the resort. You are either looking at the ocean or looking at the gorgeous view of the pool. All rooms have a balcony/ terrace as well. the location is also 15 mins away from the airport."
"Great location- quick walk or uber ride to many locations. Fun for the whole family- our teenage children also had a great time! A friendly and helpful staff- we saw sea turtles on the beach and planned several excursions with the assistance of the hotel staff. "

Only two things that bring the review down,
1. We found a huge cockroach in the room one morning. It was so big that it was on its back and when I close to it and started moving its leg, but its wings, yes, wings!, were too big! So it was like a turtle upside down.
2. Our bathtub had a bathtub on it…it had a thick coating on the floor…they lay what looked like a rubber coating to cover a crack? Multiple cracks? Why not just replace the tub???
The pool staff was above and beyond helpful!
As the kids get older we’ll try fancier resorts. But I did not want to spend $10k on a family vacation and dealing with kids meltdowns as the kid-free couple is looking at me like, “wrf?!”
