"Traveling with kids 9 and 11- resort is lacking in organized activities for kids their age. Food is average, hard to get dinner reservations even though we were Enclave. Overall, resort was ok. We will not return here when we visit Cancun again."

"Not so much for teenagers. Lots of families with young children. Hotel was super-clean, although we got back from a day out and the room was still not clean on a couple of occasions. Breakfast and lunch buffet were great. Hotel staff were friendly. However if you don't have younger kids, would not recommend. "

Ari, Eve, and Santiago were always positive and took the time to really get to know us. Johnny, Diego, and Alex all made us feel welcome and celebrated. It was truly a special time. I loved the noon Zumba class in the pool and the beach volleyball. "
