"Daniela was absolutely the best host and provide excellent customer service. She is very nice and really help you beyond expectations. The place is an old building but the room was decent, it have a very big infinity pool and is ocean front right on the beach. The restaurant food is not the best and really don’t recommend it. "

"My second time staying in this Hotel. The first time I came with a friend, this time I'm came with my 12 yr old son. If you're traveling with children this is the perfect place to be. 2 pools outside, 1 inside, and an adult pool on the 1st or 2nd level. They have waterslides, a zipline, rock walk, and mini golf. There is also a small night club for the adults as well as a Vegas like show"
"This is an amazing hotel to spend your vacation! Excellent food at multiple restaurants and drinks served by friendly staff who are willing to help you out with anything.
Stayed a week+ here with family and everyone enjoyed each day. Every night there was some entertainment arranged by the staff. Everyone was very helpful from life guards at the beach to staff at the hotel entrance.
It is not easy to do this, day in and day out in 90+ humid weather. Andres, thanks for all the great drinks at the pool bar every single day. Christian thanks for voluntarily greeting and helping out with hotel information! Sorry I missed other great friendly staff names here.

"Great location, beautiful hotel just a bit outdated. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, mini fridge was not working, took 3 days to get it replaced as well as the iron. Beds were clean and comfortable, for an all inclusive Resort food can be a little better. However, over all was a good time. Pool was incredibly good, family oriented activities, live music outdoors was great & a Cigar Lounge onsite which I loved because I’m a cigar smoker."
