"Staff was very courteous. Our suite was double booked so we did spend the first 4 nights in a lesser room but they upgraded our kids’ rooms and when we finally did get our suite, they upgraded that as well. The resort was fun and everyone was very accommodating."

The check-in process was even more pleasant this time as we gained access to the Vantage Club due to my Expedia Gold status. We were also given a free bottle of wine and access to the rooftop bar / pool for Vantage Club member. The rooms are always clean and modern. The double head in the showers and sink in the bathroom is always great. The amenities, food quality and drink accessibility is great with the property. We felt the variety of activities lacked a bit on the second time visiting and the room service was only provided via calling from the room instead of ordering on the hotel app like it used to be. Nonetheless, we love this property and the staff and we will be returning next year. "
