"Great location in Beckenham, everything close by, but had to wait til 4.30 to get into our room ,when check in was stated as 3 o'clock. They did apologise and gave a busy schedule as a reason. The cleaners we met were lovely and polite and said the previous tenants were exceptionally messy. Overall good stay, but the apartments do need a little TLC."

"Great hotel in Bromley, was perfectly located for transport in and around the area and to London, restaurants and shopping mall very close, and accommodation was equipped with everything we typically would find in international 5* hotels."

Breakfast, a full platter of everything, after home made granola compote.... set us up for the day.

Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases.
