"The check-in process was easy and the staff very welcoming. Our rooms were very comfortable, in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Tea and coffee supplies were in the room and in the comfortable “library” on the ground floor. It is an interesting building that is close to shops and restaurants. "

"Patricia was a great host. I contacted her before my visit and she was always prompt to reply. She gave me some great hints on the local public transport which definitely facilitated my stay. There is a bus stop 50 m from the property leading to easy links to Central London. I would certainly consider visiting again "

"The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room "
