"Patricia was a great host. I contacted her before my visit and she was always prompt to reply. She gave me some great hints on the local public transport which definitely facilitated my stay. There is a bus stop 50 m from the property leading to easy links to Central London. I would certainly consider visiting again "

"The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room "

"Unable to check in and spent hours infront of property. Sent ID's to complete check in procedure only to be told no rooms available. Also address is not correct and you will be taken to an office and not an apartment. BE CAREFUL "

"This property was exactly as described and provided all of the basics. It was a good location with easy access to public transit to the city. Great place to stay if you’re just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep with a small group. Would stay again! "
