I by chance happened upon this home stay because I needed to be in the Orpington area, it sounded so much more welcoming than a travel lodge. Pat was there to meet and greet, all was warm and comfortable, a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Easy to park and Pat willing to help and advise on the area. Would definitely recommend.
