I am 74 and found it difficult to step over high bath to shower. Would definitely book again but ask more ..."

"Turned up after long day driving and after lugging all luggage to room found there was no towels what so ever not even a face cloth so instead of just getting towels brought to room they moved us 3 floors up where there was a room ready with towels . Clearly just an error but made my mind up early ..."
