"Check in was without a hitch and quite quick. Mike and reception were very friendly and the pool was very refreshing. Room was comfortable except for the double bed, I find it a little small for a couple but that may be because I am used to sleeping in a king size bed at home."

"Since the cyclone sadly much of the dining in port Douglas and palm cove remain partially closed but Trinity Beach has a great selection along the waterfront with live music some nights what also surprised us was the little shopping centre on the road in that looks likes it’s only a real estate agent from the road but has great take away options Asian kebabs Japanese sushi bakeries and a sourdough baker Tyson in reception couldn’t have been more helpful with a warm welcome and local...

Across three apartments we had more than enough space and amenities that we could have meals together, swim in the pool every day, get in and out of town easily walking or by car, and also have private time depending on who needed sleep and when. "It’s a nice apartment. Location is excellent, but apartment not very clean. I had a toddler with me, so often you have to bend to get stuff from under bed or couch and I could see dust and moth. Also the second bathroom was clogged and it flooded, we didn’t complain because we didn’t have time to wait for a plumber "

"Great to return after 7 years to palm cove tropical apartments and to find they still have the ambience I remembered. Room was comfortable. Loved the closeness the the beach and the restaurants with the pub being 100 m away. Bus stop nearby should a trip to the supermarket or çairns be needed. Management was ready to assist when the tv wouldn't operate and after attempt at remediation got a new tv provided. Pool was great. Yes it does have leaves but it's surrounded by magnificent melaleuca...

"First family holiday with a 1.5 year old and this place was perfect. Spacious 2 bedroom unit, everything we needed to cook and keep up with washing. Pool was a hit with the little one as well as the wildlife in the beautiful gardens. Management of resort were great to communicate with. Would stay here again!"

"We were three families with kids (children ages 8-17) staying in separate apartments. The pool was nice, and the staff was friendly. However, you would definitely need a car if you're staying here. There's no bar or restaurant, there's not even a vending machine to purchase a drink or a snack. It's NOT a five-minute walk down to the nearest shop, despite what anyone tells you (especially not in the heat with kids).
