The hotel was great, the main frustration was the lifts that were too slow, on most occasions it took over 10 minutes for one to arrive
We thought the property was amazing. The rooms were beautiful and the staff were helpful and friendly. The only problem we had was not being able to get into either of the bars to have a drink on the Saturday night, even though we were guests in the hotel.
Great location. Comfy bed. Well designed rooms. The decoration choices and lighting are pretty bright- not particularly relaxing.
I only had the opportunity to stay there for 1 night. There was nothing crazy about the room. But the service was great!
Friendly staff happy to aid in any issue that you have. Shuttle to the airport was quick and on time.
Novotel Perth Langley had our room ready for us early, which was great as we had just disembarked from a cruise ship early. Plus, hard to believe, they have the BEST drying bathroom towels ever. Thank you.
Very close to the town centre and marina. Plebty of eateries around, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Customer experience at Aloft is exceptional. Such a friendly check in and nothing seemed too much trouble. Many Perth hotels could learn about service through a visit here
