8.4/10 Very good! (738 reviews)
Positives - free breakfast. Negatives - tired rooms, poor internet, broken a/c and staff that couldn’t care less about reported faults and who wouldn’t even provide me with an empty cardboard box. Wouldn’t stay again.

Difficult to locate as signage is not erected yet but good location for easy access to Fiona Stanley hospital. Brekky was ample with cereals, juices, yoghurt, breads, muffins, croissants, fruit and eggs. Newish hotel so everything in good condition. Some travellers were a bit noisy coming home late but not the hotels fault. Security access codes issued for entry after 5 pm. Close to Bunnings, cellarbrations, eateries. Mayasian and thai restaurants at Hamilton hill are both good value and yummy. Heading back again a few weeks.
