"Very noise. We arrived to room 102. Clean and comfortable. We required a nap due to a very early start but the corridors were very noisey. Lots of shouting and banging. Our extractor fan was not working but it was late at night before we realised. We were woken at 6am by was seemed to be the floor below us kitchen/reception with the banging of cupboards and doors. This was followed by a continuous sound of running water. Possibly a laudry/ kitchen was my first thought. This continued for 2hrs then it stopped and was followed by further opening and closing of doors from our neighbours room of 101. We decided to just get up and checkout.nleaving the room there was skirting and panelling remived from the walls throughout the 1st floor. The water noise from earlier was from the cistern next door. Sadly we were not very rested and it really effected us the next day. The hotel is beside a very busy roundabout and there is a consistent noise of beeping and sirens. The staff were lovely at check in and bag drop was very usefull. "

"The room was lovely & spacious. Staff was cheerful, helpful, kind and overall v lovely. Breakfast was great too, a wide variety of food! Used the gym as well, v well equipped and clean. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the hospitality!"

"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

"Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again. Despite the check in issues the apartment was clean, spacious, stocked with everything we needed for our 2nt stay. Toiletries, kitchen Items such as tea coffee & sugar. It was located about a 15 min walk from Canary wharf tube station . The area was very safe, lots of security around the area. We would definitely stay again."
