"Our room wasn’t quite ready in time so they upgraded us to a bigger room which was quite lovely suprise. Great budget cheap place to stay, very cozy."

"Extremely clean, comfy, and quiet stay. The staff were accommodating and amazing with helping to guide around the area. Situated on the course with two restaurants to chose from, a bar, and some kangaroos that roam the greens in the evening. Local to multiple beaches, restaurants, and amenities. Can walk to the beach in 5-10 minutes. Approx a 10 minute drive to anything you need in Torquay. Definitely recommended. "

"Friendly staff, full kitchen with all necessary equipment (ovens, microwave, commercial sized fridge, freezers, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc) basic but clean and well serviced bathrooms (great water pressure & hot hot water), plenty of couches to sit and chill out. Awesome location walking distance to shops and pier / beach. Tip: take (or ask for at time of booking) a mattress topper if you plan on using bunk beds as a young child wont complain about the springs but your teenager will lol). Master bed was more comfy than mine at home! Will be booking again for next year. Thanks Cobb & Co Lodge"
