These shoulder seasons also tend to be less crowded than the peak summer months. For those planning to spend a lot of time hiking or enjoying the botanical gardens, spring is particularly lovely. The gardens are at their most colourful, and the air is fresh. Couples looking for a romantic getaway will appreciate the comfortable weather for leisurely strolls and al fresco dining. If your trip focuses more on exploring the university campus or enjoying the cultural scene, autumn is an excellent choice.
