The check in staff was amazing. It was a gentleman who just made us feel welcomed. They couldn't give us the room we originally booked, but he gave us other accommodations, explained the situation and we were fine with it and also very impressed with how he handled it. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. I'd definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Our room was excellent! Very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower was just as good. We also had a great view of the bay bridge. There are many walkable options for dining and shopping, and the hotel is conveniently located right off of the freeway. There was plenty of parking and it seemed to be secure. Highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

We were greeted upon arrival and then went to our room. Our room was on the seventh floor. Ice machine was out of order but went to 6th floor and got ice. Bed was comfy. We had a bay view but was at night. I am sure day view is great.

Just very friendly people. Property is clean, nicely appointed and conveniently located to SF, Berkeley and of course Oakland/Emeryville. Parking is easy in and out, check in is fast and efficient. I’ve stayed here now 3 nights in last month for visits to my son who is at UC Berkeley. Convenient and more affordable generally than Berkeley’s limited offerings.
