Both My wife and our 2 friends were very impressed with the villas. The staff were fantastic and nothing was any trouble. It's surroundings were simply stunning. The gardens and pool were beautiful. Andy, our butler, cooked us breakfast every morning.
If we didn't like something, he would sought it straight away. The only negative we could find was the traffic, if you wanted to go to Seminyak Square or to anywhere else the streets are small and the traffic congested. This is of course no fault...

We loved our stay at the Kanvaz! It’s at a perfect location with various options of cafes and shops nearby.
The room was very nice with great facilities, and the lagoon pool added to the wonderful experience.
The staff were always very friendly and helpful. We especially received fantastic transport and tour services from Arya! Highly recommend anyone visiting Kanvaz to ask for Arya if they need transport services.

I spent three days at the Akasha, much in need of a break. This little guesthouse is a complete gem! Apart from the villas, there are four unique rooms overlooking the beautiful pool. The grounds are immaculate, with many grounds people ensuring nothing is out of place and all is kept clean and pristine. You can order dinner and eat on your private terrace or the tiny roof terrace overlooking the pool, from which you can admire the Seminyak sunsets. And yet the beach is only a stroll away.

Friendly staff, true balianese type accommodation. Meals were delicious. Walking distance to beach and warungs. We would walk along beach to get to centre of Seminyak.

Great location. Friendly staff. Pool was awesome. Breakfast was included however was limited/simple, we didn’t bother eating here. Two treadmills (one didn’t work) and an exercise bike in the gym area which didn’t have air-conditioning - wouldn’t really call this gym. Overall a nice relaxing resort on a budget.

Management and the staff were very friendly, they always greeted you with a smile with a warm hello every day. They took an interest in you and your family. Helped with your plans for the day to ensure you got the best out of it. The rooms were spacious and clean. The garden, outdoor area and pool was kept very tidy. If you wanted privacy or just spend a day by your pool, then your wishes were respected.

Our 2nd time to Bali and 1st time in Seminyak. We stayed for a glorious 12 days here and we were blown away by the serenity and friendly nature of staff. Awesome grounds, pool bar, wooden and stone artifacts, geckos, frogs, frangipani's, beach a stones throw away, 2for1 cocktails from 5 till 7, and lots of boutique stores. Taxis only 20,000 - 30,000 ($2-$3) to seminyak square :-) How does $10 for a 1hr Balinese massage sound? Yeah we had 3 not to mention manipedi's. Breakfasts from 6.30 till...

Very friendly staff, breakfast was great.
The gardens were lovely and the whole setting gorgeous. Pool was fantastic and was very well used by our kids. Comfortable beds and mosquito nets and coils put out each evening. Mozzies really werent an issue.
Over the road and a.couple of doors down are 2x convience stores with lots of options to eat near by. Batu Belig is a busy street, but you wont have any issues getting transport.
At the end of the street is a beach where you could walk to beach...
