"Really good location for Chelsea and Battersea. Friendly staff and lovely big room. The complimentary bottle of water was much appreciated. But so much door slamming and noise from neighbours I would have been sorely disappointed (and cross) if I’d planned a quiet lie-in. Maybe avoid rooms near the lift. One small additional point: the bottle of hair conditioner in the shower turned out to be shampoo so take some with you just in case. Also no body lotion or shower cap supplied."
