We had an issue with the hot water and, Miriam was quick to send over maintenance. We would definitely use this rental company again but, maybe stay a little farther north to be closer to restaurants."

"Great facility and service overall. Trash management system is not convenient. Have to walk a block outside to drop in a barrel. One of the showers didn’t drain even after it was serviced. "Gabriela’s condo is a beautiful, modern place with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen has everything you will need and a bonus of a washing machine. It has a wonderful pool which is right by the beach if you want to swim. It is close to downtown Cancun and to other beautiful beaches. The staff is very friendly and helpful. "We absolutely loved it. Perfectly comfortable and functional apartment with lots of room in the coolest spot in Cancun. Truly amazing beach and private pool area, with relaxed and happy locals. You can Uber to the touristy places if you must but you could happily live in the apartment with fresh food from the supermarket across the street and watch the sunset across the street at El Fisherman.
