Location was great and view was amazing
Overall the villa was okay. There was an issue with the main bedroom not cooling very good but Fernando was amazing in bringing in a fan to help the ac and having someone check it the next day. Anytime we needed anything he was there to help. The check in process was quick and easy upon arrival. My only complaint is the last day we were there the power went off in the early morning hours and unfortunately when the power goes off the water does also, so we had to way to flush toilets or clean up. Also since it warmed up quickly the tile floors turned into a giant slip and slide and with the kids that was not good, we ended up leaving early just because we didn't want anyone injured 😢. Other than that hiccup the villa was great. At the pool they have a person that came with a menu and provided drinks and food for a fee of course but that was really nice. From the view of the pool you can see the water and that was priceless 🙂 We had a blast staying here, it was in a great location for everything we wanted to do and see.

Most Beautiful Beach Ever!
We absolutely loved it. Perfectly comfortable and functional apartment with lots of room in the coolest spot in Cancun. Truly amazing beach and private pool area, with relaxed and happy locals. You can Uber to the touristy places if you must but you could happily live in the apartment with fresh food from the supermarket across the street and watch the sunset across the street at El Fisherman. The property manager helped us with everything we needed. We made lots of friends who come to this spot every year and we look forward to coming back.

Great Spot
We tried the Villas Marlin as an experiment rather than an All Inclusive. It was a short stay which made it manageable. Grocery store (Soriana) is located across the street in Plaza Kukulcan. Being with 4 kids made it a challenge to “provide” for them; cooking meals etc. . But the accommodation was perfect and Fernando was an excellent communicator:)

Nice Place
This was a nice place. Check-in was a breeze, and our family of eight stayed here comfortably. Having the grocery store across the street was very convenient. And we loved our time at the beach and pool.

The location was great.... steps from the beach. The pools were awesome. Only one small complaint... really not that big of a deal... the elevator was down for a couple of days.

Beautiful and convenient
The location is great. Fernando was quick to answer all my questions. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. The beach was beautiful. There is a mall in front of the building to do grocery shopping and several fantastic restaurants close by. We had 1 concern about the ventilation of the gas water heater. It wouldn't pass in the US. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors aren't required either.

Fernando was AMAZING to work with. Extremely fast and friendly replies to all our questions!
What a beautiful condo and a wonderful host! The beach is AMAZING! Always found plenty of parking. Grocery store and bank across the street. It's great that the owner is so close. Our little kiddo accidentally locked the bedroom and shut the door (of the room that the kids were staying in). Fernando was there within minutes to unlock the door and give us access to that room again. We can't wait to come back!

Graduation/Spring Break/Birthday/Anniversary Vacation
We were very impressed with both the property and its Owner/Manager. Fernando Peraza was a very accommodating, gracious host. Response time to questions was never more than 30 minutes. The property is centrally located, close to great shopping, good restaurants, and the beach. For clubbers, it is only 20 minutes by bus to all the most popular clubs about $.60 US. A super market is a 5 minute walk. It has EVERYTHING you need. High quality and reasonable.
