Coffee pot was rusty had to buy our own pot There was no toaster host sent another it didn’t work had to send another toaster. Only given two rolls of toilet paper and two small garbage bags for six days or whenever cleaning lady showed up. Curtains had hoes in them and no blackout drapes. "Secrets The Vine Cancun was absolutely perfect for our anniversary! From the moment we arrived, everything felt relaxing, welcoming, and just easy. The staff was fantastic across the board—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help without making anything feel forced. This is definitely the resort you come to when you want to relax, enjoy good drinks, have great conversations, and spend quality time with your partner. It is not really a party resort, but that was honestly perfect for us. The crowd is more of the “younger older” crowd—think around 33 and up. You probably will not see many people in the 21–28 age range, so keep that in mind depending on the type of vacation you are looking for. For couples, anniversaries, or anyone who just wants to unwind, it is an amazing choice. Now the room?! We stayed in the Junior Suite with an ocean view, and it was TO DIE FOR. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable, but the balcony and the view really took it to another level. Waking up and looking out at the ocean every morning was unreal. The views alone made the trip feel extra special. Room service was also complimentary and usually took around 30–45 minutes from the time we placed the order, which was not bad at all. The minibar and mini fridge in the room were included as well and were restocked, which was definitely a nice touch. Overall, we had a PHENOMENAL time. Everything about the resort helped make our anniversary feel special"
