"We truly enjoyed our stay at Royal Garden Hotel. The location is brilliant, only walking distance to Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and so much more. Train station is only 3 minutes walk, and bus stop right at the hotel’s front door! Loads of cafes and restaurants around, a whole food supermarket and a food court. The staff were friendly and helpful, Moeiz and Kasia were so lovely. We requested early check-in and Moeiz helped us with that, we were grateful. Kasia was always happy to help with a huge smile, we loved chatting to her every time we walked through the lobby. The buffet breakfast is good, however it’s quite pricey, we found more affordable cafes around for breakfast. If I was going to name only one inconvenience, it would be the room size. The classic room was incredibly small, however the service and location makes up for that. All in all, a great stay, thank you. ☺️"

"Hotel is clean, very central to Vic Station and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included) was exceptional. Few quirks. All for saving the planet but the flush system on the toilet was poor. The concept of the TV for streaming from your device to Netflix/Prime was really hit and miss. We come from Canada and may have to do with the apps themselves but had lots of trouble connecting and getting wireless sound. Otherwise it’s hard to beat in terms of comfort and location."

"Lovely hotel, wonderful and very helpful concierge (looking at you, Magic and Lord Gary!). Breakfast buffet was quite the spread. Amazing location right near a Tube stop that got us to everywhere we wanted to be. A Tesco Express was right across the street for things for the room. The room itself felt safe, but was a bit quirky. TV could not connect to streaming svs. CC was not available on the TV, which was a considerable issue for one in our party. All considered, enjoyed the stay, would gladly stay there again, and would heartily recommend all around."

"The room was quite dated as was the whole hotel. There was a laundry truck unloading for about two hours in between 2-4 am outside the room in the back alley (rough timings, I wasn't checking the clock in the middle of the night). It interrupted my sleep for a while. When I mentioned it to the receptionist in the morning he apologised but didn't seem too bothered. There is one thing I want from a hotel and it's a good night's sleep."

"So to be completely honest, this is a good hotel. The rooms are a little tired, and some of the amenities in the rooms are a bit antiquated BUT it is clean, comfortable and good value for money. The best part about this hotel is the wonderful team of staff. From the check in, to the breakfast team, everyone is smiling and friendly and genuine and for this reason I would stay again. Breakfast was hot, tasty and plentiful and this hotel reminds me of being on holiday with it's layout and decor. A little TLC and this could be an amazing hotel."

"No toilet in communal areas. Staff did not even know how to find our room e.g. how to get there, which floor or lift to take. Room and location were perfect though."
