Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.

If you have a short stay, this is in my opinion, not where to stay. For the cost, you might as well enjoy the hospitality of a nice hotel not the apartment.

Beautiful hotel in center of a convenient, busy & safe location. The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming. We also really enjoyed the morning breakfast. It was our first time in Vietnam and we had a wonderful pleasant stay :) will definitely come back!

Super central with really great amenities - pool, restaurants, spa and comfy, well decorated rooms. Lovely staff. Only slight issue was that noise in the corridor was quite loud in the room but this was t a huge problem (and tbh quite common in Viet Nam).
