We had a fantastic time in Banyan Tree with my family. The staff were super friendly and always available, the breakfast was amazing and the facilities were exceptionally well maintained. Since staying here, we now have much higher expectations towards hotels in the future, the bar is now set very high. We're surely coming back soon!

Staff are excellent and service in restaurants very good. 3 bed villa was excellent but outside surfaces ( decking) beep cleaning as covered in smog/ residue which then gets into the villa on your feet. This is a good resort and well worth a short break on the beach

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at a Banyan Tree hilltop villa! Our concierge, Man, was so attentive and made our stay extra special. He truly thought of everything, from afternoon tea services to customizing our daily schedules. The breakfast and Thai restaurants were both amazing. We also loved our spa services. The villa was huge and had a great view. This was one of our favorite resort stays ever.

Absolutely gorgeous resort! All of the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. I was also fortunate enough to celebrate my birthday during our stay, and Phung, our villa host, coordinated with my girlfriend to make it the most special birthday ever!
