"A fantastic hotel to stay at phu quoc. Location is great with good food and night market around. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The view is great with beach and pool. They have taxi services that charge the same as grab and can stay with us more than 10 hours service which is very helpful and appreciative. The breakfast is a huge spread which we enjoyed throughout our 5 days stay. All services are good and we would definitely come back to seashells if we go to phu quoc again! Thank you for the good service."

The hotel is older. The staff at the reception were very helpful. FYI the wifi works. I have 2 tips 1 don’t be late to the buffet breakfast for best selection 2 the water is solar heated. "Had issues with Hotels.com confirmed 2 room booking but not confirmed at hotel so 4 of us were stranded, but credit to the owner and staff at the hotel gave us a room that wasn’t finished for renovation to help us out, then gave us a room each on the second night but we had to pay cash after already paying through Hotels.com "
