"It’s right in the middle of town so easy to goes around town. It’s right on the beach, with an infinity pool, the room are spacious and open. The staffs and services is excellent. Especially the front desk Trung Tin and Kim Đang they went above and beyond for ours need and comfort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"The hotel was at a good location and was reasonably priced. The wifi worked well. However it was not the cleanest. One main issue was the safe was not working when we arrived, it would not open and needed to be opened by a master key. We immediately asked for it to be fixed or brought another since it was not fastened to the shelf. They kept telling us that it would be opened soon, but after 3 days at the hotel it was not done.
Also we did not pay ahead of time for the breakfast. We checked it...

"A fantastic hotel to stay at phu quoc. Location is great with good food and night market around. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The view is great with beach and pool. They have taxi services that charge the same as grab and can stay with us more than 10 hours service which is very helpful and appreciative. The breakfast is a huge spread which we enjoyed throughout our 5 days stay. All services are good and we would definitely come back to seashells if we go to phu quoc again! Thank you for the good service."

"I was very happy with my stay here. It is a great location with sunset views. The bed and pillows good and fresh towels daily. I am traveling 147 days so cost effective hotels are important. The hotel is older. The staff at the reception were very helpful. FYI the wifi works. I have 2 tips 1 don’t be late to the buffet breakfast for best selection 2 the water is solar heated. I was very impressed with Pho Quoc the people are so nice and it is safe "
