Everything else was very good. The only problem I had was with the king size bed. This bed had a big dip in the middle. Always before the bed has been so great. Only this time and it took a long while for the air conditioner to cool the room down. I want to say your staff is awesome. Hung has been there the last few time and he has made me feel like home. He has helped me above and beyond. Please make sure you keep him. He is a great asset to your company

we had about 5 hours to stop over so booked this hotel to take a shower and some rest. they have Starbucks at the ground floor and the room was cozy. we were able to walk around the hotel and feel the vibes of vietnam before heading to another country. the shuttles service is free and convenient. you just have to contact them beforehand if you need it.
