"I booked last minute and arrived around 6.15/6.30pm. The office was closed however upon ringing the number on the door a very helpful after hours service chap gave me the locked box code and my room key dropped down. The only thing I didn’t like was having to give my CC number over the phone to the chap, despite the booking was already paid thru Hotels.com. When I questioned he said it was in case I damaged the room!"
