"The room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub is a nice addition but not quite hot enough The free shuttle to town is a definite plus. Only negative is the dinner menu…. Plates to share and expensive considering the food quality. I would have loved some fresh organic options on the menu. The Banff townsite is not far away though. I do live the feeling of being nestled in the mountains. I will go back again"

Comments regarding the view from the room is bs, just go outside and stare at the view instead. Loved the parkade, kept my truck nice and warm Overall enjoyed the stay, will be back next time!"

"Enjoyed the quiet location and clean room. Staff was helpful and accommodating. The motel is dated but very well maintained. There is construction going on across the street, but it didn't bother us. We did have to walk a bit for the ski shuttle, but it was ok. We would stay again."
