"This hotel ticks all the boxes. Brilliant location for Dachstein and Salzkammergut regions, nice room sizes, good spread for continental breakfast and courteous staff. Had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Only suggestions would be as follows: 1. Please provide tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms so that one can enjoy an early morning coffee with the stunning views, is that there is no kettle 2. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but one of the receptionists felt like a friend by the time we left, as she had helped us multiple times throughout our stay in addition to check in and check out. Breakfast being included was convenient and helpful for keeping costs down and getting going with our activities earlier in the day than if we had to go find somewhere to eat breakfast. "Overall the hotel was clean, the the sofa it our room was worn and dirty. There was no AC but a fan was provided. Breakfast was good. The breakfast staff knew who we were as soon as my husband mentioned his food allergy and they were very accommodating. Finding the parking garage was a bit tricky the first night as it was dark and we were told it was behind the building next door. It was not. It was next door , but the entrance was at the front."
