The staff were great! Very accommodating, rooms were cleans and the establishment was quiet. The place is 12 minute walk to old city. The grocer was just 3 minute walk from the hotel.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating-there is a public transit stop just 2 minutes away on a major bus route that makes local travel really easy. There are two grocery stores within a couple blocks and a number of places to eat close by with a broad selections of local and international tastes. We had a room with two twin beds as I was traveling with my granddaughter - there are few hotels with that option- the room was small but comfortable and had an enclosed balcony-there is no refrigerator, microwave or air conditioning like in typical US hotels - but for Salzburg it was very pleasant and comfortable and I would very much recommend it

The bus stop is right outside and the city centre a 10 min journey away. The area was quiet and really pretty. The staff were very helpful and gave us a bottle of fizz as a honeymoon gift, which was lovely!

Great staff, good hotel close to public transport

The hotel is good, clean, and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Bus stop is right across the road, and takes you to the city centre in less than 15 mins (and train station in just over 20 mins). The staff is brilliant. Our son got sick during the stay and they were very accommodating with his needs.

The hotel is on the number 1 and number 10 bus routes which go to the train station and hanger 7 attraction. Lovely cafe and restaurant just down te street with quick access to Salzburg centre with interesting things to do and sights to see

Our stay was very nice. The staff are wonderful. The beds comfortable. Good hot showers. A very quiet location right on the bus line. A quick 3 euros ride to the old town and sights. We would stay again. I don’t think that there is air conditioning.
