"We stayed here for 6 nights in mid-April. The location is really nice—quiet area with good transport links and plenty nearby. Unfortunately, the service let it down. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice, even after we asked multiple times, which was pretty frustrating during a longer stay. Management didn’t seem very responsive either, and it felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Overall, the location is great, but the service issues were a dealbreaker for us. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"The location is great, and the service is good. However, the furniture is quite old. The beds are already deformed, and I can feel the springs. All the lounge chairs and sofas are missing foam. I had to sit in the corner because the seats are too deep and don’t support my bottom or back. The place really needs some updates. "

The location is ideal for those of us who are there to see London, only a block from Paddington station which is a major transportation hub and stop along the Heathrow Express. "Wonderful hotel, convenient to tube stop and many sites. Staff was absolutely fantastic - EVERYONE of them - reception, restaurant, housekeeping. Couldn't have asked for friendlier or helpful staff. And I can't forget the gentleman at the door; always greeted us with a smile and a good morning/evening. Finally, don't skip the breakfast buffet; one of the best I've had in London"
