"This has become our favorite place to stay around Heathrow. Get a runway view room--it's quiet and an absolutely stunning, relaxing show if you like watching airplanes. Rooms are very clean, staff is very helpful (we had a hiccup and the front desk was quick to find a remedy), air conditioning is excellent! It's also walking distance to a McDonald's and a gas station which isn't super common around Heathrow."

"We received a very warm and helpful welcome. Very simple check in & all questions answered, which included a query re transport and the receptionist went above and beyond on this. The room was in good order and had everything we needed. Breakfast was absolutely superb and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. They were on hand if required, but did not overly pester us. Dirty bowls, plates & utensils were taken away at convenient times. Particularly good management in this area."

"There was a passenger drop off fee that was not mentioned prior to booking… Which felt a little excessive. The walk to the airport was easy, the shop in the hotel was closed, when it said, it should’ve been open. The bed was nice, but the shower didn’t have great pressure."

"The property is close to the airport. The main lobby was very nice and clean but the bedroom halls were old, torn, and should be replaced. I also did not like that each hallway’s doors closed at night. The actual bedrooms were ok nothing fancy but it worked for the one night I was there."
