"I booked and prepaid on Expedia because I wanted to use my points
My flight changed instead of getting there late at night. It was gonna get there in the morning the following day.
I used the contact Hotel link in Expedia and informed the Hotel my flight changed and what time I would be arriving
They replied and said that would be no problem
However, when I arrived, they said it was flagged as a no-show and there wasn’t anything they could do about it
