We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were excellent—friendly, polite, always smiling, and very accommodating. The security guards also stood out for being helpful and courteous. Our executive room was spacious and comfortable, and the Mall of Asia was conveniently only about a 7-minute walk away. A few improvements would make the stay even better: the executive room did not include a microwave, small plates, or utensils, which would have been helpful. We also noticed small cockroaches on a table in the hotel restaurant, which was concerning and should be addressed promptly.
