Love proximity to Ayala Mall. Toilet paper dispenser in our room is not accessible to PWD. Need extra roll of toilet paper available.
I needed info about available services, nearby eateries, etc. but front desk did not answer the phone for two or three hours at a time and did not apologize when I mentioned it, as if that was never a priority. Very important to answer the phone!!!
