"Excellent stay, we had room 10 which was suitable for 3 people. The chap at reception was so helpful, we had booked for 3 adults but he gave us an accessible room which we needed. Gave us lots of tips, which were great, definitely go to Vinden for the wine tasting. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view over the vines. Thanks for a great stay. "

" Very friendly and helpful staff that helped with dining options and local knowledge. Close to light rail which gave access to other parts of Newcastle. There’s a lot of building in the area which restricts some pedestrian access was travelling with people with mobility issues. Comfortable stay, would recommend."

"Room was clean and comfortable, amenities accessible and clean. My only issue is that I have mobility issues, and climbing several flights of stairs was very daunting. Perhaps some mention of this on the website might be helpful for similarly challenged people."
