The location was perfect for the nearby beaches and trips over to the other side of the Island. Staff were all friendly and helpful. When we come back to Hawaii we hope to be able to stay here again."

"Our stay was great and my family loved the resort! My only issue was that it is a little inconvenient to get to the Oceans Tower, especially during check in, since you have to park at the main registration area and take the tram (or walk a decent distance) to the check in for the Oceans Tower. With two kids and luggage in tow, it was a little challenging, but the kids loved riding the tram. :)"

"Loved our stay in Waikoloa! The condo was perfect for our needs, super spacious and comfortable, and in a central location for us to explore the island. It was easy to walk to the Queen’s Marketplace and King’s Shops and the beach. Full kitchen and washer/dryer added to the convenience. The owners provided excellent instructions to get us checked in quickly and made sure we were comfortable once we arrived. Highly recommend a stay here and we would definitely come back again. "Clean, quiet, and easy check-in. The hours of the onsite office starts at 10am, and I did not receive a response to my request for a late check-out prior to the 11am checkout time. Otherwise, great stay."
