Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom. Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment. No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free. Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Any additional car is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed. Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite. Hot Tub: Community hot tub Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite. Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout. Shores at Waikoloa 306 is located in the Sandalwood Tower Building at the Shores at Waikoloa. It is on the third floor. There is elevator access to the third floor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Shores at Waikoloa.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Loved the condo. The wrap around lanai is excellent. Both bedrooms have access to bathrooms from inside the bedrooms. The washer/dryer is a plus as is the AC. Very much enjoyed our stay. Luckily the pass to the Hilton allowed us access to pools as the condo pool was under construction.
Wasn't able to book a room in the conference block at the Hilton and found this listing instead; worked out perfectly. It's a short walk to the hotel and much quieter (plus for me at least it gave a nice break from having to interact with fellow conference attendees). Spacious, clean, easy check in and out. I didn't really need the kitchen or patio but it would be a great spot for a group.
The property management was very responsive and professsional and accommodated our request for a slightly early check in which was great. The check in process was smooth and efficient. The unit was very clean and looks just like the listing photos. The unit is a little dated but everything was clean and comfortable and the bedding was nice. The views of the sunrises and sunsets from the lanai exceeded expectations. The unit was well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay and our kids really enjoyed having access to the Hilton’s pools and lagoon. Would definitely stay here again, so much more comfortable and convenient than a hotel.Only negative is that we had some issues with the AC not working right for a couple days of our stay. However, the property management sent someone out promptly to fix the HVAC unit and overall they were very communicative and responsive.
We spent 6 days at this apartment. It was very clean, well maintained property with great accommodations. We had a lovely and relaxing time. Very quiet location.
Property's lanai is north facing so it it was nice and not hot to hang out on it. Lanai is big with a small electrical grill that worked well for us.
Bedrooms have comfy beds and their own TVs that came handy.
Well stocked and labeled kitchen that we used extensively as well.
Living room and dining room have a solid and comfortable furniture. We especially appreciated a large dining table that we used during Thanksgiving dinner.
It was also easy to take a advantage of Hilton Pools Pass which used for several days.

Whole family was very excited as soon as we walked into the property. Great facilities and also nice and quite. Everything you need for a great holiday is provided in the property.
The location was great and as described. Had a couple minor issues that were quickly addressed by the property management company. Would stay here again.
Was a short walk to the water. The parking was limited if you have more than one vehicle, but not a huge inconvenience. Maintenance was very quick to come fix some minor inconveniences. Would absolutely stay again.

This rental was helpful for our family of 5. We would have needed two hotel rooms for our family, and this is a much better option. The washer and dryer was very helpful. We had full access to the Hilton property and pools. This was a great trip.
The unit is located in the Shores gated community just adjacent to the Hilton Waikoloa resort and includes day passes to the resort. These were a great benefit and we used them twice. Beautiful lanai with golf course views. Unit was well stocked and labelled locations for all supplies including beach chairs, boogie boards and sports gear along with games!
Although I was initially disappointed to be charged an unexpected service fee—especially since it wasn’t clearly explained in advance—I ended up discovering a condominium that far exceeded my expectations. The amenities were well thought out and fully equipped, allowing me to enjoy a truly dreamlike vacation.As someone with limited experience booking condominiums, I didn’t fully understand the pricing structure at first. It wasn’t until I reached out to the property owner before my trip that I received a clear explanation and felt reassured.Since this property seems to be listed through Expedia, I would appreciate it if Expedia could provide more transparent and user-friendly information about fees and pricing details upfront.
We just returned from a wonderful stay at 306 Shores at Waikoloa! The unit is an ideal set up for families of small children - or children of any age. The condo was very clean with soft carpet, stocked with chairs, coolers, towels and laundry detergent! We enjoyed the community pool just steps away from the condo, and we also enjoyed the Hilton property pool pass several days. Waikoloa village was a great location, with Island Gourmet Market for groceries and beautiful A-bay for swimming all super close. If you have kids and are looking for a magical, yet practical, Big Island vacation - book here! ResorticaHawaii was fantastic to work with and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Overall it was great. If I could make a suggestion, either replace the knives or sharpen them. They are the same knives that we used 2 years ago and have yet to be replaced. Also,the carpet was clean but very stained. We love The Shores and would stay in this unit again

The living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and wrap around deck are all very generously sized. We loved walking distance to the water and walking paths. Our favorite was the included pass to the Hilton Resort with their large pools and gym. Bring your own laundry detergent, shampoo & conditioner (they provide a small size of shampoo only), and sandwich bags/ to go lunch containers.
As soon as we walked into the unit, all four of us were very impressed - the furnishings, the layout, the size of the unit. It is even better that the pictures. And yet, it was a very comfortable place. Would definitely book again.

The condo was in great shape and had all the things we needed to be able to cook while we were there. We appreciated having the parking right there and being able to walk to many different things. The view was great and we enjoyed the Lanai everyday!! We will definitely recommend these condo's to others.
