"We had 3 rooms reserved. The check in felt a bit clunky & unnecessarily long. The rooms were spacious, but the bathrooms felt very small. Laundry on site would have been great, we had to walk to a laundry mat. The bar area was very nice & we enjoyed the outdoor fire pits. The location is excellent. "

"Gem of a find. This hotel is centrally located near Union Square and a short walk to lots of attractions, including the cable car line right out front. Also has wonderful, accommodating staff. Where the hotel runs into trouble is the clientele - in today's society, people have misinterpreted that spending money entitles them to do whatever they want. This is a misinterpretation! The hotel guests were often ill-mannered, rude, loud, and inconsiderate. Do be prepared for your experience to vastly depend on who is on the other side of the wall. Instead of being able to enjoy an affordable, well-located, well run hotel, there are always those that have to take it as permission to do whatever they want. Can't fault the hotel, but do be aware of what you might get. "

"Clean stylish room (really liked the decor and efficient, practical design. Continental breakfast was fresh and yummy (grab and go style). I did not check out the pool. Overall, I recommend this place! It was cozy, safe and fun. The only “ding” is the neighborhood (you need your card to even enter the building)."
