Our stay was disappointing. The atmosphere felt dull and not welcoming, especially for families with children. It wasn’t the fun, happy environment we were hoping for, so we didn’t enjoy our time there. Hopefully the hotel can make improvements. The staff were so helpful in reception .

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. It is conveniently situated at the union square, just minutes away by walk to most of the touristy areas. Lots of cousine in the neighbourhood. Ubers, Waymo are all easily available. And musical playhouse is just across the street in 50m!!!!! Bathroom is spacious which is especially good for families with kids.

The property was beautiful. The room was clean. We were put in a room right next to the gym and constantly heard weights banging, especially EARLY in the morning. I told the front desk and they didn’t seem to care.
