"Our phone in our room did not work, we told 3 different staff members but they did not seem to care. Not a huge deal, but we were wanting to order room service and we did not have the QR code in our room like they said we would. When asked if they have the QR code they said they don't have an extra one. Because our phone didn't work we had to go down every time we had a questions, like just wanting utensils. "

"We don't travel with pets and do not have children, but saw a lot of families and seemed like the hotel did a great job of accommodating for little ones (play room, pool) as well as being nearby a lot of little parks and in a very pet friendly side of town for those traveling with dogs. Great location, especially if you are seeing a game/show at Rogers or Scotiabank. Close to the train station, as well as the streetcar line, so easy to get around anywhere in the city. Quiet rooms, comfortable, and clean!"
