"Excellent location although my driver in a car had to park a short 2 min walk away because it’s a difficult street for cars, not for scooters. Cheap massage and market extremely close by! Excellent breakfast included. Nice balcony set up. Only complaint is the children were very loud all day long. They would play as children do so I can’t be mad, but they would scream and shout all day. Would be nice if they didn’t scream. But I’m glad they’re happy and playing safely. Also no hot water but...

"The room was comfortable, clean and neat. The staff cleaned the room every day. The internet connection was very good to work online and for zoom which wad very convenient for me. The staff and owner are very friendly and attentive. I absolutely come back when I visit Ubud again in the future. Thank you for the comfortable stay! "

"My room had views of rice paddy fields and has a rural outlook. Rooms are cleaned and beds made everyday. Good breakfast options. The staff are friendly and will help arrange transport to go into town or go on a private tour with own driver. Short walk into town with many dining options. "
