Shortly after accessing the unit, we discovered a severe pest infestation, including both bed bugs and cockroaches. ​Due to these unhygienic and unsafe conditions, staying there was completely impossible. We immediately reached out to the host/property management through the Expedia app and by phone to report the issue. "the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up."
